Junior AccountantOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join their team. This position will support the day-to-day accounting operations while working alongside two experienced office professionals in a collaborative environment. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and assist with billing functionsSet up new projects within the accounting systemSupport general accounting activities and financial record keepingAssist with IRS filing requirements and complianceMaintain accurate financial data using QuickBooksProvide administrative and accounting support as neededQualifications:Experience using QuickBooksKnowledge of accounts payable, billing, and general accounting principlesFamiliarity with IRS filing requirementsConstruction industry accounting experience preferredStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
