Prepare and lead your team to run successful shifts.Duties/ResponsibilitiesTake ownership and responsibility of restaurant and team during shiftsTrain team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standardsUse BLAST to resolve all customer complaints and always puts customer needs firstOwn and promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience (Live Life Unboxed!)Responsible for inventory and food ordersEnforce and follow Pizza Hut service principals (Deliver it fast, make food we are proud to service, service with a smile)Assist RGM with oversight and execution of all store inventory, forecasting, scheduling processesEnsure all team members have the tools and knowledge necessary for successDeliver high customer satisfaction results on all shiftsEnsure restaurant meets/exceeds all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes on shifts (Food, restaurant and driver safety, CHAMPS, brand standards, FSSC, CORE)Expert knowledge and utilization of Pizza Hut provided tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia)Executes all Pizza Hut provided training material and courses, follows up with team members on executionDelegate and manage team member workload while running shiftsCompliant with all laws and regulationsConduct inventory counts and auditsEnsures a safe work environment is provided in restaurantMaintains a clean, organized restaurant that meets all health and safety regulationsBrand steward for Pizza Hut brandManages and adheres to employee handbook and policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)Maintains professional image and highly ethical conduct as representative of Tasty Hut, LLCExhibit Tasty Hut, LLC core values and work daily to fulfill mission and visionOther duties as assignedTraining/RequirementsBe a customer maniac! - all rolesServ Safe certifiedLead on!
