If you are someone who embodies professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional craftsmanship, we invite you to join our team.Why Join Us:Represent a collection of world-class luxury brandsWork in a high-energy, professional environmentCompetitive pay + benefits packageWhat You’ll Do:Restore and maintain the appearance of luxury vehicles through meticulous interior and exterior detailingPerform washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and paint touch-ups to achieve a showroom-quality finishClean, vacuum, shampoo, and condition premium interior materials, including leather, upholstery, carpets, and trimApply protective treatments and detailing products to preserve vehicle appearance and finishInspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections or damage and report findings to managementPrepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring every vehicle meets THE COLLECTION's presentation standardsMaintain detailing equipment, wash bays, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe conditionUphold THE COLLECTION's standard of excellence in every vehicle you prepareWhat We Seek:At least one (1) year of automotive detailing experience; luxury or high-end vehicle experience is preferredProven ability to produce exceptional detailing results with outstanding attention to detailExperience operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles with a clean driving recordStrong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining qualityAbility to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlinesPositive, dependable, and team-oriented professionals committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanshipAvailability to work the dealership's operating hours, Monday through Saturday, including occasional overtime as business needs requireThis is more than an Automotive Detailer role; it is an opportunity to preserve and showcase the craftsmanship of some of the world's most iconic luxury vehicles.
