About the Role:
FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team. *** Immediate openings, 12 hour shifts, Monday through Sunday***

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention 
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Sunday (flexible scheduling)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for serving others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
