Field Sales Representative

Job Overview Sales Representative – 1130 Palmyrita, Riverside, California 92507. TruGreen is hiring for an on‑going field sales role, serving as the welcoming face in local neighborhoods and introducing homeowners to personalized lawn care solutions. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Conduct door-to-door outreach, educating prospects and closing sales using TruGreen’s proven sales methodology. Convert “just looking” into signed contracts and upsell additional services with precision. Log interactions, track performance, and use CRM data to measure activity and drive follow‑through. Maintain accurate records and meet daily and weekly performance targets. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are equally valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Strong communication skills – from small talk to closing conversations. Excellent time‑management, self‑starter mindset, and the ability to work independently. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices for on‑site data entry. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs while working outdoors. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay + uncapped commissions.
