Assembly Associate
Location: Jasper, TN

Pay: $15.50/hour
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Job SummaryWe are seeking for a dependable Assembly Associates to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling fabricated and welded products, preparing finished goods for shipment, and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble products using bolts, screws, and other fastening components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and metal files to complete assemblies.
• Touch up finished products with spray paint as needed.
• Load and unload materials from worktables and production areas.
• Palletize and stage completed products for shipment.
• Complete daily production documentation accurately.
• Restock work areas using pallet jacks.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work independently when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and general housekeeping.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to read a tape measure is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 20 lbs. or more.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to push and pull materials using pallet jacks.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cold winter conditions.
