Near family seeking a responsible and flexible babysitter.

Nanny for Sweet 19 Month Old | ~33 Hours/Week We’re a loving, easy-going family looking for a wonderful nanny for our 19-month-old daughter, Charlotte. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely loves being with kids and is looking for a consistent position with a family they can become part of. Charlotte is happy, curious, social, and incredibly relational. She loves books, music, playing outside, exploring, and learning new things. She is genuinely such a fun, sweet kid to spend the day with. We’re looking for approximately 33 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting in coming days/weeks. We do have some flexibility around class schedules for the right person, depending on availability. Charlotte takes a consistent afternoon nap, which also gives you some built-in downtime for homework or studying. Our ideal nanny is warm, dependable, communicative, and engaged. We want someone who will play with Charlotte, read with her, get outside, take her on age-appropriate outings, and support her development as she grows. Communication is really important to us, and we hope to find someone who develops a genuine relationship with Charlotte and becomes an extension of our family. Pay is $20–$25/hour based on experience. This is a long-term position, paid legally through payroll/W-2. Prior childcare experience and strong references are important to us. We’re searching now because our current nanny recently received an unexpected opportunity to continue pursuing her career. We’ve been incredibly fortunate with the people who have cared for Charlotte and really value those relationships. Our previous nanny continues to play an important role in Charlotte’s life and would be happy to serve as a reference for us as a family.
