The Associate will provide top-quality customer service by assisting clients with shipping options, mailbox management, and other offered services. Daily responsibilities include handling shipping transactions, coordinating U‑Haul rentals, supporting notary services, managing package inventory, and ensuring the overall organization of the workspace. The role also involves engaging with customers directly to address their needs and delivering a positive experience.
