HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CLAMP OPERATOR IN MINOOKA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Clamp Operator to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for safely operating a clamp truck to ensure the facility runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial lift experience, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 4pm-4am when needed, regular hours are 2pm-11:30pm
• Located in Minooka, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately transfer product/parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required
• Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer
• Trained to recognize "obvious damage" at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered
• Pull orders accurately as assigned
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location
• Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process
• Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.
• Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs
• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
• May operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial lift experience required
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and walk in high traffic areas
• The ability to input data into various WMS computer systems
• Work overtime as assigned 
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and the capacity to transact system information in a productive manner
• Powered Industrial equipment required
