The Construction Project Manager / Superintendent oversees construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery within budget. This role requires coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize project activities to meet objectives
• Oversee project budgets and control costs
• Coordinate team members and subcontractors effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Maintain quality assurance throughout all project phases
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Allocate resources efficiently
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in project scheduling
• Strong budget management skills
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols
• Effective team leadership abilities
• Experience with quality control
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• OSHA Safety Certification
