JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, repair, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Deploy software, patches, and updates across various devices Manage and track IT asset inventory Create and deploy system images for desktops and laptops Troubleshoot hardware and software failures Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs Assist with network-related issues Manage printer supplies and maintenance Support users in software selection and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
