Job Summary

• This role involves assembling small, high-precision medical devices (such as brain catheters) in a cleanroom or lab setting.
• Most work is done under a microscope using small hand tools.

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. COMPANY WILL TRAIN NEW HIRES ON THE JOB.

Work Schedule

• MondaySaturday
• 5:00 AM start time
• Typically 10-hour shifts
• Average 4555 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble very small medical device components following instructions and quality standards
• Work under a microscope for long periods
• Use small hand tools safely and accurately
• Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning, and safety rules
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory guidelines
• For R&D roles: work in lab settings and assist with pilot builds
• For line assistants: manage documentation, inventory, and work orders in ERP systems

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn regulated manufacturing processes

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device or electronics assembly

Job type & location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
