What You’ll Be Doing Executing complex framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling tasks. Collaborating on site to ensure projects are completed to code and client standards. Utilizing your 10+ years of expertise to solve problems and mentor junior crew members when needed. Working primarily within a 30-minute radius of Marion, IL, ensuring less time on the road and more time on the tools. Requirements Experience: 10+ years in residential construction (New builds and remodeling). Skills: Proficiency in all phases of carpentry, from rough-in to fine finish work.
