Job Description
Title: Staff Physical Therapist

Schedule:
- 36-40 hours/week
- Monday-Friday
- Evening hours available, schedule can be determined with the candidate

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Valid physical therapy license
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Epic
- Ability to manage outpatient caseloads, including orthopedic and neurological cases, for ages 10-100

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care with a focus on evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting
- Maintain high standards of customer service and clinical documentation
- Supervise and develop assistants involved in patient care
- Engage in continuous professional development and teamwork
- Float to inpatient settings as needed within the facility's operational guidelines

Compliance / Notes:
- No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call responsibilities
