Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources as clinically appropriate. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR). Deliver services through both in-office and secure telehealth appointments. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and organizational policies. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Current or in process Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) license in the State of Texas. Ability to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health services. Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology used to support hybrid service delivery.
