In-Office Community Liaison: Local Health Care Coordination

AccentCare is seeking a Community Liaison in Fort Worth, TX. This in-office role handles physician orders, delivers documents, and coordinates with offices to ensure timely processing. Local travel is required and a valid driver’s license is necessary. A high school diploma is required, with CNA/MA training preferred.
