Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) for a travel assignment in Chattanooga, TN. This position involves working in a dynamic hospital environment, focusing on preoperative holding and day surgery units. Candidates with strong experience in surgical patient preparation and phase 2 recovery are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PACU

• Initiate IV starts and provide moderate sedation
• Prepare surgical patients for surgery and provide phase 2 recovery
• Administer and monitor nerve blocks, arterial lines, central lines, and Swan procedures
• Work within the day surgery and preoperative holding units

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PACU

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Demonstrable skills in IV starts and moderate sedation
• Experience in surgical patient preparation and phase 2 recovery
