You know the difference between a great engineer and a good one, and you care deeply about getting that call right. You bring the same rigor to product, with enough depth to recognize strong product thinking when you see it. This is a role for someone who moves fast and holds a high bar at the same time. You’ve built pipelines, closed hard searches, and pushed back on mediocre hires. You believe talent density is a strategy, and you want to be somewhere the stakes are real. What you’ll do Own full‑cycle hiring across engineering and product, from first sourcing touch to signed offer Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role and make fast, high‑conviction decisions Design and run sourcing campaigns that go beyond the standard playbook. You find people others miss and know how to get their attention Serve as a trusted advisor to the team, sharing market intel, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring no one is ever surprised by where a candidate stands Champion a high bar for talent in every search, every conversation, every offer What you’ll bring 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with the majority focused on technical roles Deep fluency in engineering skill sets: backend, frontend, full‑stack, ML/AI, data engineering, and DevOps.
