In this early-career laboratory role, you will work alongside experienced scientists to execute studies, analyze data, and contribute to process and analytical development activities in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.What you will getAn agile career and dynamic working culture.Opportunities to learn from experienced scientists and technical experts.Exposure to process development, analytical development, and laboratory operations.An inclusive and ethical workplace.Compensation programs that recognize high performance.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Career growth and development opportunities within a global life sciences organization.What you will doExecute laboratory studies and analytical testing following established procedures and scientific protocols.Collect, analyze, and document experimental data to support development activities.Prepare study protocols, reports, presentations, and other technical documentation with guidance from senior team members.Support laboratory operations, including equipment monitoring, maintenance, and documentation review.Participate in safety initiatives and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal project teams and provide updates on study progress and results.Complete required training and continue developing technical expertise across laboratory functions.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.0-2 years of experience in biotechnology, laboratory operations, manufacturing, research, or a related technical environment preferred.Ability to follow scientific procedures and established laboratory practices.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to accurately document work and interpret data.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.About LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
