Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, highly motivated, and growth-oriented Account Executive to join our Atlanta Branch. This position is focused 100% on new business acquisition, lead generation, and territory expansion. In this role, you will be a proactive "hunter," responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting sales outreach, and securing new logistics accounts for Hanjin. Extensive local and regional travel is required to conduct face-to-face sales meetings and close deals. New Business Acquisition

• Actively hunt, source, and identify new sales opportunities and freight forwarding prospects to expand Hanjin’s market share in the Atlanta region.
• Conduct aggressive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, social selling, and lead generation.
• Travel within the region to visit prospective clients, deliver sales presentations, and pitches
• Develop and present competitive sales proposals, freight quotes, and customized logistics solutions tailored to the needs of prospective clients

Logistics & Compliance Alignment

• Ensure all prospective sales proposals comply with freight forwarding regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of newly secured accounts.

General Operations

• Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and market trends to branch management.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support business growth and operations.

Requirements:

● Bilingual in English and Vietnamese and/or Korean (a plus since our customers are Korean & Vietnamese)

● Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes across air, ocean, and ground transportation modes.

● Understanding of freight forwarding regulations, transportation compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced operational environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite applications
