Your total compensation consists not only of the wage that you are paid, but also includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the first day of the next month after you begin working, 401K Contribution, paid time off, and so much more!Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):Cleaning all of the corridors, elevators, terraces, restrooms, and locker rooms within the SpaMoving furniture, dusting, disinfecting, polishing fixtures and brass, and emptying trashVacuuming and shampooing carpets, operating wet vac, stripping and waxing floors, and moppingCleaning air vents, mirrors, and groutChanging shower curtains and completing detailed tile cleaning in the spa steam rooms and showersCompleting daily assignments within the Spa at The Hotel HersheyPerforming other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or older.This position requires successful completion and passing of the post-offer employment physical exam.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must be self-motivatedAble to prioritize multiple tasksCapable of working alone and being a self-starterMust possess guest relation skills and a professional imageMust be very detail orientedMust be able to follow written or verbal instructionsMust be able to operate commercial cleaning equipment listed aboveJob Demands:Constantly (67 – 100% of time) Stand, Walk, and BalanceFrequently (34 – 66% of time) Lift (0-20 lbs), Carry (0-20lbs), Push (0-75 lbs), Pull (0-75 lbs), Reach forward and overhead, stoop, kneel, crouch, Handle Objects, Finger, Feel, Simple Hand Grasp, and Operate ControlsOccasionally (1 – 33%) Lift (21 – 50 lbs), Carry (21 – 50 lbs), Climb Stairs, and CrawlProper footwear to be provided by employeeSchedule is 3rd shift: 10:30 pm- 7:00 am; weekends and holidaysThis is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority.
