Restoration TechnicianSERVPRO Team Warnecki is looking for a dependable, hardworking Restoration Technician who is eager to work and ready to build a career in the restoration industry. This is a full-time, hourly position based out of our Winchester office.What You'll DoRespond to water, fire, and mold damage emergenciesPerform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and dryingSet up and monitor drying and restoration equipmentDrive company vehicles to and from job sitesMaintain vehicles, tools, and job site equipmentCommunicate clearly with team members and supervisorsEnsure job sites are clean, safe, and professionalRepresent SERVPRO with professionalism and compassionWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)Reliable transportation to report daily to the Winchester officeStrong work ethic and eagerness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to work on-call shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed)Experience in restoration, construction, or handyman work preferred but not requiredIICRC certification is a plus (we will train the right candidate)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or confined spacesAbility to safely use restoration equipment and cleaning productsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payWeekly pay schedulePaid training and growth opportunitiesCareer advancement within the SERVPRO networkSupportive team environmentJoin a company committed to making damage "Like it never even happened®."Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
