Optometrist (OD) - Full-Time | Private Practice | South Carolina Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Optometrist (OD) to join a well-established private practice in South Carolina . Practice Locations

The selected provider may work at any of the following locations:

• Spartanburg: 180 N Dean St, Spartanburg, SC 29302

• Woodruff: 363 East Georgia Street, Woodruff, SC 29388

• Inman: 43 North Main Street, Inman, SC 29349

• Gaffney: 1506A N. Limestone Street, Gaffney, SC 29340

Position Details

• Full-Time (3-4 days per week)

• Monday-Friday schedule

• No evening clinic responsibilities

• No weekend clinic requirements

• Shared on-call rotation with seven other Optometrists

• Office-based private practice

• One opening available

Compensation

• Guaranteed annual salary of $120,000

• 17% of net production with uncapped earning potential

• Providers receive the greater of:

  • $120,000 guaranteed salary, or

  • 17% of net production

• Established patient base with strong production opportunities from day one

• Performance-based compensation reviews

Patient Population

• See approximately 25-35 patients per day

• Treat patients ages 3 years and older

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree

• Eligible for South Carolina state licensure

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
