Job Responsibilities Promote resident hygiene and comfort Distribute food and water, assist with feeding residents Assist with repositioning and transferring residents Ambulate and transport residents Record fluid intake and output Weigh residents Document on flow sheets Assist with admission, discharge, and postmortem care Respond to call lights promptly Perform perineal and colostomy care Report observations to the nursing team Take and record vital signs Make beds and keep units clean Prepare rooms for housekeeping after discharge Requirements Current NYS CNA Certification Previous long-term care experience is a plus Additional Information We prioritize the health and safety of our residents, families, and staff.
