CNC Grinding Operator
Location: Painesville, OH
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00+ per hour (Higher rates considered for highly qualified candidates)

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC grinding equipment to produce high-quality precision components
• Load stock materials into machines and feed mechanisms
• Verify machine settings and perform first-piece inspections
• Monitor grinding operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications
• Perform measurements using precision inspection tools and gauges
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to ensure quality and efficiency
• Replace worn tooling and make necessary machine adjustments
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment concerns
• Communicate production information and shift updates with team members
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For:

• CNC grinding, machining, or related manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation
• Experience using measuring instruments and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
