Corporate Finance Expert, AI Model Training

Apply corporate finance expertise to create high-quality inputs, evaluations, and feedback that help train next-generation AI systems to reason through complex financial work. Key Responsibilities

• Design demanding finance prompts and tasks reflecting investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance work.
• Create benchmark solutions in Excel and PowerPoint for evaluating AI outputs.
• Develop and refine grading rubrics for transaction and modeling exercises.
• Build, modify, and review advanced financial models, including three-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity-analysis models.
• Produce detailed, client-ready transaction analyses and investment materials.
• Develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials used in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
• Ensure all deliverables are precise, clear, and aligned with industry standards.

• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks.
• Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
• Familiarity with standard investment banking, private equity, and corporate development templates and processes.
• Experience supporting live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently deliver client-grade materials under tight timelines.

• Experience evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments.
• Exposure to multiple finance domains, such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $50 to $58 per hour.
