Corporate Finance Expert for AI Model Training

Apply corporate finance expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through precise, real-world financial tasks, benchmark solutions, and assessment standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks reflecting investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance complexity.
- Create benchmark solutions in Excel and PowerPoint for objective AI-model evaluation.
- Develop and refine grading rubrics for transaction and modeling exercises.
- Build, modify, and review advanced financial models, including three-statement models, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses.
- Produce transaction analyses and investment materials at a client-ready, production-grade standard.
- Develop and adapt professional templates, presentations, and supporting materials used across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
- Ensure all deliverables are precise, unambiguous, and aligned with industry standards.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including scenario analysis and model-integrity checks.
- Ability to build polished PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
- Strong familiarity with standard investment banking, private equity, and corporate development templates and processes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver client-grade materials under tight timelines.
- Experience evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments.
- Exposure to multiple finance domains, such as investment banking to private equity or consulting to corporate development.
- Experience creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $50 to $58 per hour.
