This position is for a Systems Engineer to support training systems development. The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. The positions is located in East Orlando, FL at the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Training, Logistics and Simulation (TLS), Lake Underhill facility. The Work As a Systems Engineer, you will:
• Work with the Program Systems Engineering Lead and/or sub-discipline architects in establishing a highly customized functional and physical system design and architecture
• Perform system architecture analysis using tools like EA and Cameo to assess and capture system use cases, interfaces, timing, and designs.
• Evolve the MBSE strategy to align with the current scope and the future business capture opportunities and will engage across the program's Engineering & Technology organization to transition the product line
• Support the Configuration Design Management (CDM) team in the design release streams across the product line.
• Work with a team of system engineers and/or interdisciplinary subject matter experts to analyze and design the system functional, logical, and behavioral architecture using MBSE tools and DOORS or DOORS NEXT; ensuring flow-down to lower level specifications, and compliance throughout the design
• Be a member of Integrated Product Team responsible for the scope and associated cost and schedule. Interface with cross functional teams and customer on regular basis to effectively execute the scope. Please Note:

• Capture Experience including authoring proposals and generating Basis of Estimates
• Prior experience in the development, integration, and deployment of flight training systems
