Location: UCHealth Westbridge - Ft Collins, CO Department: PVH Sleep Lab Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Day and Night Rotation Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function. Responsibilities:

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• HS diploma required and associate's degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program.
• Certified or registered as a Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT or RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).
• 1 year of related experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
• Preferred: Candidates who include a cover letter with their application and those able to demonstrate technical skills and troubleshooting will be given priority consideration.
