Overview
Registered Nurse, Operating Room (OR) – Travel assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,165–$2,219 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: 5x8 Days. Setting: hospital. This position follows Trio's interview process and includes on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist with patient positioning, anesthesia-related monitoring, and instrument handling
- Maintain sterile technique, perform instrument counts, and support scrub and circulating roles
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, document care in the electronic health record, and respond to changes as needed
- Educate patients and families about procedures, expected outcomes, and postoperative care
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the OR team to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow

Requirements
- Oklahoma RN license active and in good standing
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
- RN OR experience: minimum 4 years required; general, ortho, and neuro experience required
- CVOR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital OR setting and participate in on-call weekend coverage as described
