Executive Services Specialist, Associate

• Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive level participants
• Working with the executive teams of our issuers on complex issues such as establishing 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, money movement etc.
• Sensitively addressing customer needs and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
• Using our proprietary online application, ShareworksTM, and other online tools to respond to client inquiries
• Responding to complaints from participants, including ensuring all situations are resolved or escalated appropriately
• Achieving daily benchmarks for call volumes and accuracy of responses
• Following established processes to ensure privacy, compliance and audit requirements are always met
• Working closely with all team members, ensuring information is shared as appropriate

Requirements A bachelor’s degree is required Current SIE, Series 7 & 63 license required Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service, particularly by phone and email Understanding equity markets and trading would be a definite asset but is not a requirement Flexibility to support a variety of shift times between Monday and Friday Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment Proven ability to triage and prioritize multiple tasks at once Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer service and compliance within financial services, particularly in handling stock options and share purchase plans.
