Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license and registration required
• Previous school-based OT experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Working knowledge of IEP processes and special education documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to integrate strategies into classrooms
• Document student progress, maintain timely records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate families and staff on best practices for student success
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
