Position Summary This role includes managing billing, documentation, training, and overseeing a caseload of approximately 60 consumers. The RN will be responsible for maintaining high-quality care while splitting on-call duties every other week and contracting on-call services two weekends per months. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with various teams to ensure optimal care for our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Billing & Documentation Management: Caseload Management Appointment Planning Collaboration with Case Management Employee Training and Delegation On-Call Duties Coordination with Team Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Active and valid BLS Certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care environments. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively. Experience in training staff in a healthcare environment. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality care. Assessing clients at multiple sites, including group homes and residential facilities.
