Strategic Compensation Manager - NA & LATAM

Epiroc is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to lead programs across North and South America. The role partners with HR, Finance and Global teams to ensure competitive pay and alignment with business goals.

Reporting to the HR function and working across multiple countries, the role drives regional strategy, manages salary structures, benchmarking and annual merit reviews, and leads process improvements while ensuring compliance.
