Position Overview: As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities: Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordination Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and answer patient inquiries. Provide guidance on dental procedures, insurance, and billing questions. Process payments and assist with financial arrangements. Ensure patients feel valued, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit. Manage and optimize the appointment schedule to enhance efficiency. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and experience. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Administrative & Office Support Maintain and update patient records accurately. Assist with insurance verification and billing coordination. Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and file management. Support the team with additional duties as needed. What We’re Looking For: Preferred Experience Worked in a previous role involving patient coordination, front desk, scheduling, or billing. Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance is a bonus. Experience using dental or medical practice management software is helpful. Skills & Strengths Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
