Immanuel Communities is seeking a LPN Long Term Care to work at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. 

The schedule for this position is 16 hours minimum per month with a holiday rotation. 

This position will pay up to $35.52/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this position is to assure the residents are cared for mentally, spiritually and in health. The primary responsibilities of this position include ensuring the residents are safe and free from pain or abuse and treated with dignity and respect.

Skills & Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.

Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in and assisted living or skilled care community or related experience is required.

Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
