Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Augusta, GA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Augusta, GA region to drive demand generation and patient access in rheumatology. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Territory and account planning experience
• Understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within assigned territory (Macon, Augusta, Greenville GA)

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
