Qualifications & Experience: Holds (or is eligible for) active Georgia SLP license OR GaPSC certification (both required eventually; either suffices initially) Accepting candidates with SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status Open to Speech-Language Associates (SLA) with valid GaPSC certification; not considering SLPAs School-based SLP experience is preferred but not mandatory Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation competencies Ready to embrace an onsite-only assignment in an educational environment Role Expectations: Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to caseload as assigned (specific assignments to be determined) Participate in IEP meetings, develop and implement IEP goals as part of a collaborative team Conduct screenings and formal evaluations, document progress, and contribute to reports for educational planning Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to foster communication and social development Maintain timely, accurate records and uphold professional best practices This school contract offers a supportive atmosphere with the opportunity to develop lasting connections with students and staff.
