This full-time position is ideal for a licensed Pharmacist ready to take charge of pharmacy operations and drive clinical program growth in a dynamic retail environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with store management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong business partnership with the store operations team, communicating company strategies and driving associate engagement within the pharmacy.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and appropriateness through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in line with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Manage pharmacy performance by aligning objectives with key departmental metrics, fostering script growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee inventory control efforts, collaborating with district management to optimize stock levels and meet customer needs.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, discipline, and team performance development.
• Manage customer relations by addressing concerns and providing expert healthcare counseling.
• Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and orderliness to support efficient operations.
• Prioritize departmental tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call fulfillment to ensure timely completion.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time position with variable day and afternoon shifts.
• Located in Newport, Pennsylvania.
