What You'll Do

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in ICU and Med Surg units
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Document all care activities following hospital policies and professional standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and recovery
Float between ICU and Med Surg units as needed
Promote a safe, efficient, and caring environment for patients and families

What You Need

Valid Minnesota RN license (temporary license accepted with application in process)
At least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting
