Learn more about Counseling Speaks at Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Park Ridge, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide counseling and therapy services to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver mental health and behavioral health interventions. Additional responsibilities include case management, coordinating care for clients, and providing crisis intervention services as needed. The role also involves maintaining client records in compliance with federal and state regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work practices Experience in providing Mental Health and Behavioral Health support Strong Case Management skills, including coordinating care and services for clients Ability to provide effective counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention services Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unencumbered LCSW license in Illinois Excellent communication skills and cultural competence to interact effectively with diverse populations Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation protocols Previous experience in a clinic or community mental health setting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
