We are Canteen.Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Review service and equipment forms for accuracy and completeness before billing Communicate with internal teams to gather missing information and resolve billing issues Enter and maintain financial and operational data in accounting systems Assist in compiling data for monthly financial reports Maintain organized records of invoices, forms, and supporting documentation Reconcile inventory across routes and warehouse locations by comparing system data to physical counts and operational records Partner with operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely adjustments Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure data accuracy Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed Associates at Canteen are offered many fantastic benefits.
