Product Manager

Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product roadmap and prioritisation process. Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and emerging requirements. Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering teams. Define new features, capabilities, and enhancements that drive customer value. Collaborate closely with engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders. Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer workshops. Identify opportunities for product expansion and new market applications. Help shape long-term product strategy and commercial growth initiatives. Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Key Requirements Proven experience in Product Management within a highly technical environment. Experience working with software, data, analytics, AI/ML, sensor systems, or mission‑critical technologies. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience gathering requirements, defining roadmaps, and driving product execution. Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Space, aerospace, defence, or national security sectors. Space Domain Awareness, satellite operations, or mission systems. RF, radar, communications, SATCOM, or GNSS technologies. Data fusion, sensor fusion, modelling, or intelligence platforms. Startup, scale‑up, or venture‑backed technology companies. Experience launching new products or taking products from concept to deployment.
