Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive Wealth Management and Trading domain expertise to drive business and technology initiatives across front-office, middle-office, and trade processing functions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, traders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and technology teams to define requirements, analyze business processes, support strategic transformation initiatives, and deliver technology solutions that enhance trading and wealth management operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and define solutions.Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthrough sessions.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.Support initiatives involving:Equity TradingFixed Income TradingFX TradingDerivatives and Structured ProductsPortfolio ManagementWealth Advisory PlatformsTrade Execution and Order Management SystemsTrade Lifecycle ProcessingAnalyze front-to-back trade workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle.Support regulatory and compliance initiatives impacting wealth and trading platforms.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production implementation activities.Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and transformation programs.Assist in data analysis, reconciliation, and migration activities related to trading and wealth platforms.Required Skills & Experience Business AnalysisStrong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in large enterprise environments.Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and business process reengineering.Experience creating:BRDFRDFunctional SpecificationsUser StoriesProcess FlowsData Mapping DocumentsTest ScenariosWealth Management DomainStrong understanding of:Wealth Management OperationsPortfolio ManagementInvestment AdvisoryClient OnboardingRisk ProfilingInvestment SuitabilityPerformance ReportingAsset Servicing Trading DomainDeep understanding of:Trade LifecycleOrder Management Systems (OMS)Execution Management Systems (EMS)Trade ExecutionTrade AllocationTrade SettlementTrade ReconciliationMarket DataTrading Risk and Controls Technology & ToolsExperience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and interface specifications.Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Agile tooling.Understanding of cloud-based and modern digital platforms is desirable.
