Location: Brandon, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team, manage patient assessments, and deliver appropriate interventions consistent with established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
