IRRIGATION PIPES, VALVES, CONTROLLERS, WIRING, AND SO FORTH. GROUND COVER: ROCK MULCH AND SEEDING. SUPPORT LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SUBCONTRACTOR WITH REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION, SHOP DRAWING AND COMPLIANCE SUBMITTALS, WORK AND CREW ASSIGNMENTS, SCHEDULING, QUANTITY TRACKING, PAY APPLICATIONS, RECORD DRAWINGS, AND SO FORTH. PRIMARILY WEEK DAY WORK, WITH EXPECTED WEEKEND WORK (SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR BOTH). CIVIL ENGINEERING OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DEGREE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
