Business Intake Risk Analyst

To support a long-term, fully remote project, the Business Intake Risk Analyst will conduct in-depth due diligence, evaluate potential client engagements, and assist in risk management processes for an AmLaw 100 law firm. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations on prospective clients and matters using various databases and resources Analyze financial information and risk indicators to prepare clear risk assessment reports Collaborate with attorneys and practice group leaders to evaluate potential risks associated with new clients and matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in corporate due diligence, risk analysis, or related fields Proven ability to compile and analyze complex information from multiple sources Experience utilizing research databases such as Lexis, Bloomberg, and Dun & Bradstreet Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
