Were a tight-knit team with over 10 years of experience and four fully licensed team members in addition to the Agent. We cover property, casualty, life, and health insurance. Our Agent has a financial background, helping clients with in-depth life insurance discussions and financial planning. Were all about driving results, supporting each other, continuous learning, and most importantly helping our customers make smart insurance choices they can count on. What Youll Do:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and assist clients through the sales process to close deals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Be a key connector between clients, agents, and the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training.
- Support the Agency in achieving overall sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is ready to take initiative and grow with us.
- Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licensing if not already licensed.
- Commitment to obtaining Life and Health insurance licenses within 90 days of hire.
- Existing insurance licenses (P&C, Life, Health).
- Background in insurance sales.
- Familiarity with insurance software, social media and sales management tools.
