Project Manager II

Leading internal projects from initiation to completion, the full-time Project Manager II will manage project planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting in a remote work environment, focusing on technology initiatives and process improvements within Finance. Key responsibilities Plans, monitors, and manages project execution, ensuring alignment with technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements Coordinates with cross-functional teams to define activities, estimate durations, and synthesize information into actionable project plans Acts as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 5+ years of project management experience, with a preference for technology-related projects Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Solid written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives Virtual Vocations Inc
