Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position that involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills / Qualifications The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A high school diploma, GED or military service Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and a drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals A positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
