Medical Receptionist Float

Become a part of our caring community As a Medical Receptionist Float, you will be required to work at several clinics within the Atlanta market. This is an outpatient clinic setting. You will report to the Associate Operations Director. Note: This is a Float position that requires you to work at different clinics within the market. Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs.• Greets visitors and determines the nature of their visit, issues visitor passes and maintains visitor logs, alertsappropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of medical reception experience • Knowledge of Medical Terminology • Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Preferred Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Working hours : Monday to Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
